COVID-19 Update

August 10, 2020

Residents, Families and Partners:

We wanted to provide you another update for what is going on in our community related to COVID-19.

We are happy to report that we have reached 1 month without any new positive COVID findings for our residents or staff.

As the virus is still prevalent in the state and the surrounding area, we still will be maintaining our heightened infection control procedures.  We continue to monitor CDC and local health department guidance, and we will let you know when we can safely lift any current restrictions in place.  When we have received this news (or news that it appears it may soon happen), we will notify you of any plans we have related to “reopening”.

Understand that even when we are able to initiate any reopening, if there is any new positive COVID-19 findings or changed in our surrounding community, plans may change.

We want to express how much we appreciate your support and understanding as we deal with these unique challenges presented by this pandemic and the heightened risk it poses to residents in our Community.

We continue to monitor our staff and residents for any health changes, and we will notify residents’ primary physicians and designated family members of any changes in their loved one’s condition, whether potentially related to COVID-19 or not.

Please reach out with questions, concerns, or requests for assistance.  We will keep you updated as additional information becomes available.
